Return Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The 10 days start the date your package was delivered or the day it was put in cabinet for pick up. 

*Be advised there is a 10% restocking fee to return an item.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have all tags attached to item. 

If your item was shipped to you and if you did NOT pay for the shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit. 

🚨 Several types of items are exempt from being returned. These items include footwear, bralettes, winter accessories, and clearance. 🚨

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift certificates. 

Refunds (if applicable) Only damaged items: 

Refunds will only be given if your item was received damaged, or if happened to be out of stock. You have 5 days from the day your order was delivered or the day your order was ready for pick up to let me know your item was received damaged. After the 5 days no refund or credit will be given. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Otherwise your item will get a store credit to purchase your new item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
